Der 15. Europäische Kongress für Theologie fand vom 14. bis 18. September 2014 an der Humboldt-Universität Berlin unter dem Thema "Geschichte und Gott" statt und stellte sich der Aufgabe einer theologischen Interpretation von Geschichte. Der vorliegende Band dokumentiert die Plenar- und die Sektionsvorträge. Der Titel "Geschichte und Gott" führt das wissenschaftliche Fragen an seine Grenzen: Kann und soll man das Verhältnis von Gott und Geschichte überhaupt anhand der europäischen Historie thematisieren? Mit Beiträgen u. a. von Aleida Assmann, Jörg Dierken, Markus Gabriel, Wilhelm Gräb, Elisabeth Gräb-Schmidt, Hans G.
